Nashville Star
The Nashville Star auditions were tough.
Imagine going up on stage in front of 500-600 people (where %75 are singers too) with TV cameras pointed at your mug. Then they hand you a mic and say sing for 30 seconds. Each contestant had to choose from a short list of songs provided by Nashville Star.
If you could play guitar you had music. Otherwise your performance was accapella. It was pressure. People froze up, forgot words, cried, laughed and some even just stood there.
Then there were others that nailed it. I think regardless everyone was glad to test their abilities in front of a crowd and talent scouts. The one thing I noticed was that deep inside everyone (who auditioned) dreams of being a star.
We all just want to be loved.
(insert "awwwwwhhhhh" sound effect)
The Nashville Star was fun. When LeAnn Rimes was on my show two weeks ago she told me that she was thinking about putting on a wig and trying out (she hosted the show last year). I did not see her there? If she was there I wonder if she will make the cut?

I was there and I thought alot of people sounded good that did not get picked.
Also alot of people sounded horrible.
that froggy guy kicked butt - he's so hot. he should hook up with that kellie lynne girl that was there too. wooohooo!!!

haha...No and just for the record I was not the Froggy guy in the competition. I did not enter. A guy named Shawn did and I feel no attraction to him :)
